Return Policy

Our Return Policy is Simple.

We deal with only high quality manufacturers who have an outstanding customer service record.

If there is ANY problem with your order, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

We may refer you to the manufacture, however we like to keep updated and assist in anyway possible.

No product is to be returned without our authorization.

ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW AND RESALABLE CONDITION.

This means if you use it, you own it.

Warranties MUST be addressed with the manufacture.

We do not refund shipping charges. Unless it was our error.

No returns after 7 days after you receive your order.

No returns on used items.

20% Restocking charge on all returns.

You have the right to cancel all or any part of your order that maybe back ordered.

Shipping Charges.

We ship by USPS whenever possible.

These shipping charges are only for the United States ONLY.

ALL International customers MUST contact us first for a shipping quote.

We will gladly quote shipping charges to other countries.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any payments made that do not conform to our policies.

Due to the wide range of weight and sizes of the products that we sell, some products will have predetermined shipping charges that will over ride the ones listed below. They will appear on checkout, before you pay.

This may create excessive shipping charges. If we can combine orders and save you money, we will. We refund excessive shipping charges when your order is shipped.

If this causes a serious concern for you, PLEASE e-mail us your order and we will send you a correct invoice to pay.

Most products will have there own pre set shipping charges.

We will gladly combine shipping when ever possible.

We will correct any errors and notify you BEFORE an order is processed.

For your convenience, We try to combine invoices as well as shipping charges when ever possible.

Most orders are shipped within 72 hours, some delays may occur in high peak demand times and near holidays.

We are rapidly expanding and are looking to add more sales reps.

Due to nature of our business, customer service and the ever changing business climate. We may ship from stock, direct ship from the manufacturer, or warehouse.

Provided that it does NOT increase any shipping charges to our customers.

This normally doesn't affect shipping times.
