Vest - Heating Vest.
Our goal: We wanted a "value added" vest for you, all
year.
Why? We have been selling other brands of cooling
vests over the years (and still do). How ever, it is very difficult to get a
vest maker/importer to change or customize a style.
Why an insulated vest? We understand that cooling
vests are considered "pricey" by some. So we set out looking for designs and
ideas to make a cooling/heating vest. It allows for the use of 400 gram
cooling packs (Standard). An insulated cooling vest helps keep the heat out
and the cold in. (Like putting a blanket over a cooler or a keg). Just the
opposite is true when used as a heating vest. It keeps the cold out and the
heat in. Use it as a warming vest by putting the
Super HotHands® Body Warmers in the
inside pockets to keep the cold out and heat in. We even include one set of
4 HotHands® Body Warmers to help show
you that this vest is truly a value added product that can be used all year.
Why standard cooling packs? It's no secret that
some people consider cooling packs bulky and heavy. Since most people can
normally recharge or replace the cooling packs when they take a break. It
seems only natural to match the cooling packs with that idea. Generally the
standard cooling packs will last about 2 hours. A bit more or less
(approximate +/- 30 minutes ) depending on the ambient temperature, working
conditions, work load and the individual physiology. Larger cooling pack are
available to those who want more extended cooling time.

Heating can be suspended at any time by resealing the inserts in an airtight
plastic bag (like a zip lock bag). This allows you to get extended riding,
