Return Policy
As consumers ourselves, we understand and have kept our Return Policy Simple. We deal with only high quality manufacturers who have an outstanding customer service record. If there is ANY problem with your order, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. We may refer you to the manufacture, however we like to keep updated and assist in anyway possible. No product is to be returned without our authorization. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW AND RESALABLE CONDITION. Warranties WILL be addressed with the manufacture. We do not refund shipping charges. Unless it was our error. No returns after 7 days after you receive your order. No returns on used items. 20% Restocking charge MAYBE applied to returns. You have the right to cancel all or any part of your order that maybe on back order. ( We rarely have back orders though )
Shipping Charges.
We ship by USPS whenever possible. We will correct any errors and notify you BEFORE an order is processed. For your convenience, We try to combine invoices as well as shipping charges when ever possible. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days but generally not more than 7 days. Some short delays may occur in high peak demand times and near holidays.
