No product is to be returned without our authorization. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW AND RESALABLE CONDITION. Warranties WILL be addressed with the manufacture. We do not refund shipping charges. Even if it was free shipping, we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund. Unless it was our error. No returns after 7 days after you receive your order. No returns on used items. 20% Restocking charge MAYBE applied to returns. International customers are responsible for ALL taxes, duty, brokerage or any other fees your country may add. These are not refundable. You have the right to cancel all or any part of your order that maybe on back order. ( We rarely have back orders though )
We will correct any errors and notify you BEFORE an order is processed. For your convenience, We try to combine invoices as well as shipping charges when ever possible. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days but generally not more than 7 days. Some short delays may occur in high peak demand times and near holidays. ALL free shipping offers are by a carrier of our choice. You do have the option of paying for your choice of carrier.
