Ergonomically designed to help eliminate the discomfort some users have with the vest feeling to heavy. The back cooling packs are placed higher on the back so your body can carry the weight easier. (same reason that back packs should be worn high) Also the vest design allows the wearer to move with minimal restrictions. Plus with the use of the standard cooling packs, it helps to keep the user from feeling "to cold" like with some other models.

Remember, cooling vests are ment to keep your body core comfortable, not cold.

Why an insulated vest? We understand that phase change cooling vests are considered "pricey" by some. So we set out looking for designs and ideas to make a cooling vest. that allows for the use of standard cooling packs. An insulated cooling vest helps keep the heat out and the cold in. (Like putting a blanket over a cooler or a keg).

Why standard cooling packs? It's no secret that some people consider cooling packs bulky and heavy. Since most people can normally recharge or replace the cooling packs when they take a break. It seems only natural to match the cooling packs with that idea. Generally the standard cooling packs will last about 2 hours. A bit more or less (approximate +/- 30 minutes ) depending on the ambient temperature, working conditions, work load and the individual physiology. Larger cooling pack are available to those who want more extended cooling time.

Adjustable by 3 straps on each side using ladder locks for easy adjustment. Great for industrial/multi users or for the individual who wants or needs a more "custom" look. (this style is also a big hit with women)

One size fits most from medium to 2x. Size for under 125 lbs are also available. Sizes over 2x should see our extended size selection.
