Before you submit ANY product, you must understand that we have a considerable back ground in several quality and supply management areas. Similar to ISO/TS16949 and  JCAHO. We are not certified and will never claim to be, however we strongly believe in these processes and goals.

As always, if we become aware of a problem with one or more of your products/supply, we will require you to act responsibly and provide us with a quick solution. If a vender or there products continue to have problems, we will be forced to drop the vendor and post on one or more of our websites that we no longer carry your products. You WILL be held responsible for any returned goods, damages, etc.
